Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been spacing out appointments (both in compliance with CDC guidelines and to keep patients and staff safe). Due to our busy schedule, we have to implement a No-Show/Cancellation Policy.
When a patient is unable to make a scheduled appointment, this is time another patient could have taken to receive the care they need. Please help us deliver the care our patients need as efficiently as possible.
CHIROPRACTIC CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW POLICY:
Please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment. we require that you give us at least 24-hour notice so that we may have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient in need.
We understand that life is unpredictable, and things happen. Please contact our office to cancel or re-schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Our office has voicemail which can receive messages 24 hours a day if you need to cancel during non-business hours.
A failure to cancel a scheduled appointment without 24-hour notice will be recorded in the patient’s file and a cancellation fee of $60.00 will be charged.
Missing an appointment without notice (No-Show) impacts our ability to not just offer care to you, but to other patients in need as well. If you fail to be present for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a “No-Show” fee of $60.00.
All fees will be due prior to seeing the doctor at future visits. These fees have nothing to do with your co-pay or deductible and cannot be billed to your insurance company. Multiple No-Shows may result in suspension of care with ROCKLAND CHIROPRACTIC, P.C.
